About these workshops

Our NSW latte art series focuses on technique and creativity: milk steaming, pouring basics (heart, rosetta), contrast, and flow control. Sessions run 2–3 hours with live demos and one‑to‑one coaching.

Beginner — Foundations

Learn milk texturing, wand technique, and basic pours (heart & simple rosetta). Perfect for newcomers.

Duration: 2 hours • Cost: AUD 70

Intermediate — Patterns

Focus on multi‑leaf rosettas, layered pours and contrast control. Includes latte photography tips.

Duration: 2.5 hours • Cost: AUD 95

Advanced — Signature pours

Advanced placements, etching basics, and freestyle compositions for competitions and menus.

Duration: 3 hours • Cost: AUD 140
